Ein kräftiger dunkler Fleischfond mit Butter, Mehl und Tomatenmark eingekocht. Der Belfond Demi glace ist ein hervorragendes Convernienceprodukt, hergestellt ohne Geschmacksverstärker aus 1,1kg Rinder- und Kalbsknochen pro Liter Fond.

Eine tolle Basis zur Zubereitung dunkler Soßen für Bräten und Schmorgerichte.
